AdminPro
Terms of Service
Effective July 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of AdminPro and related applications and services provided by Pro Administration Services Inc. (“Pro Administration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using AdminPro, you agree to these Terms and the policies and instructions applicable to your organization and role.
Authorized business use only. AdminPro is a private operations platform. A successful identity-provider sign-in does not itself create a right to access AdminPro or any organization’s data.
1. Eligibility and authority
You may use AdminPro only if you are authorized by Pro Administration or an approved participating organization, are legally able to agree to these Terms, and use the platform for legitimate business purposes within your assigned authority. If you use AdminPro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. Accounts, authentication, and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not share accounts or credentials, bypass access controls, or use another person’s identity. Access may be limited by organization, company, location, role, application, or function and may change as responsibilities change.
Google Sign-In, Microsoft identity services, or another supported identity provider may authenticate you. Authentication by a third party does not guarantee application authorization. Your use of an identity provider is also subject to that provider’s terms.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- access data or functions you are not authorized to use;
- upload malicious code, disrupt the Services, probe for vulnerabilities, or evade security controls;
- use automated means to scrape, overload, or extract information except through an expressly approved integration;
- copy, disclose, sell, or misuse confidential, personal, or proprietary information;
- use the Services unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that infringes another person’s rights; or
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law.
4. Organizational data and user content
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of information you submit and for having the authority to process it through AdminPro. Rights in organizational data remain with the applicable rights holder. You grant Pro Administration the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to operate, secure, and support the Services.
Do not upload information that your organization prohibits or that AdminPro is not approved to handle. Operational actions may be logged and visible to authorized administrators for security, support, compliance, and accountability.
5. Connected services
AdminPro may interoperate with services provided by Google, Microsoft, and other third parties. A connected service is available only when appropriately configured and authorized. We request access only for approved functions and may remove or limit an integration to protect security, comply with provider rules, or maintain service reliability.
Third-party services are governed by their providers’ terms and privacy practices. Pro Administration is not responsible for a third-party service’s independent operation, availability, or acts. Google and Microsoft do not sponsor or endorse AdminPro merely because their services are supported.
6. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in the Pro Administration Privacy Policy. By using AdminPro, you acknowledge that operational and security activity may be recorded as described there.
7. Ownership
AdminPro, including its software, design, interfaces, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property, is owned by Pro Administration or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AdminPro for authorized business purposes. No other rights are granted.
8. Service operation and changes
We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but AdminPro may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, incidents, third-party dependencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features and may issue instructions necessary for safe operation.
9. Suspension and termination
We or the responsible organization may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when authorization ends; when necessary to protect users, data, or systems; for suspected misuse or breach of these Terms; or to comply with law or contractual obligations. On termination, your right to use AdminPro ends. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law—will survive.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, AdminPro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every result, report, recommendation, or third-party data source will be complete or suitable for a particular decision. Users remain responsible for reviewing operational and advertising decisions before acting on them. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or condition that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pro Administration and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from use of or inability to use AdminPro. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited only to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory law, disputes will be brought in the courts located in British Columbia.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
